Join me at 11.30am for Fountain of Youth - Rejuvenate through the ‘Five Tibetan Rites’ .
After a short meditation, i'll take you through the Tibetan Rites - a 15 minute yoga sequence considered to be over 2,500 years old. These simple kriyas offer a range of health benefits; they help to balance the energetic system - the chakras, detoxify the impurities within the body which helps to reverse the effects of ageing. When we rejuvenate ourselves, we can heal our earth.
