Free from all impurities, this recipe is great for the brain (blueberry powder), the heart (cacao) and has an extra protein kick (hemp seeds/nuts/protein powder) and yummmmy.
Fresh out of the freezer – especially for you xxx
1 cup cacao**
1 cup cacao butter
3 tablespoons blueberry powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 table spoons vegan vanilla protein powder (optional – this may contain some sugar depending on the brand used)
Handfull hemp seeds or chopped nuts
Place cacao butter in a jug/bowl and put it on top of a pan of water. Warm the water until the cacao butter melts. Add the cacao powder. Mix thoroughly. Add in the blueberry powder and optional vanilla protein powder. Lastly, stir in a handful of chopped nuts or hemp seeds. Mix good and proper. Pour into moulds. Depending on your patience/enthusiam level, put in the freezer/fridge utill set. Try not to eat the entire batch in an afternoon and remember to share with everyone 🙂
